FP150
FP series lasers are new-generation pulsed fiber lasers pumped by semiconductors in the near-infrared spectrum. It has good beam quality, fiber output and high electro-optical conversion efficiency, mainly used for welding thin-walled materials and fast welding. The welding process is of thermal conductivity type, that is, the laser radiation heats the surface of the workpiece, and the surface heat diffuses into the interior through heat conduction. By controlling the parameters of the laser pulse width, energy, peak power and repetition frequency, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool. Because of its unique characteristics, it has been successfully used in the welding of micro and small parts.
Fiber laser is mainly composed of pump source, coupler, rare earth-doped fiber, resonator and other components. The pump source is composed of one or more high-power laser diode arrays and the pump light emitted by pump source is coupled into the rare earth-doped fiber (which is taken as the gain medium) through a special pump structure. Photons at the pump wavelength are absorbed by the doped fiber medium to form population inversion, and the stimulated and emitted light waves are fed back and oscillated by the cavity mirror to form laser output, as shown in the following figure:
1. Energy industry: power batteries, energy storage batteries, super capacitors, etc.
2. Other industries: welding of pipelines and steel plate, TV shells, laptop shells, optical fiber connectors, electronic components, advanced instruments, medical equipment and other precision parts
1. High depth-width ratio, narrow welding width, small heat-affected zone, small deformation, fast welding speed
2. Smooth and beautiful welding seaming, no need for post-welding treatment or only simple processing procedure is needed
3. High electro-optical conversion efficiency (up to 25%), and extremely low energy consumption
4. Long life optics, basically maintenance-free
